Weston Bros. Inc. has been serving customers in Queens, Brooklyn and Manhattan since 1956. The business, started by Norman Weston, originated as a television repair shop and then added room air conditioning products and services. Norman later partnered with Eric Ettlinger and the two of them grew the company one customer at a time. They focused on customer satisfaction and serviced all the products they sold. Customer referrals and returning customers helped the Weston Bros. Air Conditioning business grow over the next 30 years. In 1986 Norman’s son Michael and Eric’s daughter Joan joined together with their dads at Weston Bros., and they all worked together for over 10 years. Joan and Michael continue to work side by side as their fathers did to manage the business and serve the community and its customers. The Weston family of customers has now grown to thousands throughout the five boroughs of New York City and from one generation to the next. The values have not changed as customer service, attention to detail, and honesty are the principles on which Weston Bros. continues to grow. Joan and Michael are now married with two children, and when it gets really hot over the summer, they too can be found working side by side with their parents.
