Partnering alongside our in-house Architecture team, our goal is to provide clients with a transparent, genuine, and seamless experience. We understand this is more than a project to most, if not all clients. We take stride in working alongside all team members and collaborators to deliver a project of utmost quality, within budget and timeline. Given our experience in “The City that Never Sleeps", both Rishad Choon (Founder) and Ashleigh Low (Partner / Architect), were previously part of the team for the build-out of “New York’s Largest Green Roof” Morgan North, steps away from the Chelsea Highline. We are more than confident in our abilities as a GC. Ashleigh Low and Rishad Choon have been involved in many projects outside of this achievement, but working on a caliber of that echelon, brings a unique take of detail and preparation for all ventures moving forward.
